For patients who do not speak Japanese
Our clinic exclusively provides consultations in Japanese, including all medical questionnaires and documentation.
Patients who are unable comprehend Japanese or complete the medical questionnaire in Japanese may be denied service.
Maintaining the quality of medical care and treatment requires effective communication, and we apologize for our inability to treat patients who do not speak and write Japanese.
Therefore, patients unable to understand Japanese must be accompanied by a medical interpreter. Patients without a medical interpreter will be denied consultation on the day of the appointment.
Bringing an interpreter to every appointment is the patient’s responsibility. The clinic will not take responsibility for incorrect interpretation by family members. Furthermore, the intentions of the medical staff may not always be conveyed.
All documents submitted to the hospital must either be translated into Japanese.
For medical treatment of foreign patients, those who are covered by the Japanese public medical insurance will be charged 10 yen per point, and those who are not covered by the insurance will be charged 20 yen per point.
